The Women Champions Cup Final Four 2009 has been won by Vouliagmeni NC. The Final Four took place in Kirishi (Russia) and the teams that participated were Vouliagmeni NC (GRE), Honved Budapest (HUN), Orizzonte Catania (ITA) and Kinef Kirishi (RUS). The Greek team defeated Honved in the semi-final game and passed to the big final that played against Orizzonte Catania. Vouliagmeni won the Italian team 12-9 and took the european cup.
